Beyond the Red Line is a stand-alone total conversion for the award-winning Freespace 2 released by Volition and Interplay for the PC. It is based on the current, popular TV-show Battlestar Galactica.

Though the game was based on Freespace 2, it does not require it. All you need for playing will be included in the download. The game is made by fans for the fans. Multiplayer will feature such gameplay modes as Deathmatch, Team Deathmatch, King of the Hill, Gauntlet missions and possibly some coop missions.

Beyond the Red Line is totally free to download and play (does not require that you already own another game), and supports head tracking with TrackIR!

In January 2008, it was named Moddb's #1 Indie Game of the Year!
