Satisfaction Survey

In January 2005, we created a proper Customer Satisfaction Survey for SmartNAV customers (it automatically appears everytime you purchase an items from our web store).

If you have already purchased a NaturalPoint product, we hope that you will take a couple minutes to share your thoughts with us. The goal of this survey is to help us better serve you, and people like you, in the future.


This survey has 5 to 12 main questions (depending on which length you have time for), and usually takes 2 to 7 minutes.

There are two ways to enter the survey.
